Their eye for detail makes them great hosts as they provide boutique-level service combined with well managed properties, so guests have an amazing five-star vacation. In addition, Palm Desert Vacation Properties partners with rental property owners to deliver a great property experience.

Boris has spent 15 years in property management, with 10 years focused on vacation rental properties. His prior experience as a COO of a vacation rental company in Coachella Valley has provided him insight into the local market and the ability to deliver excellent guest experiences. In addition to vacation rental experience, Boris had held a position as Vacation Rental Compliance Official for the City of Palm Springs. His knowledge and working with city leaders and his community has helped implement a successful Vacation Rental Compliance Program in Palm Springs.
